The purpose of the processing is to provide you with an optimal service as a customer and, where appropriate, to send you commercial communications by electronic means (email, SMS or similar) or traditional means, provided that there is prior consent or legal authorization, on its own products and services, as well as, where appropriate, those of third parties related to the leisure, tourism and restaurant sectors.

The purpose of the processing is to manage the reservation, the provision of the contracted service and the administrative, accounting and tax management derived from it.
Likewise, and in the event of consent, commercial communications may be sent about products and services of HOTEL VILLA VIRGINIA S.L. and, where appropriate, from third parties related to the leisure, tourism and restaurant sectors.
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract and, where applicable, the consent of the data subject.
The data will be kept for the time necessary for the provision of the service and compliance with legal obligations.
A.2. In the event that you register on the Offers and Promotions distribution list:
The purpose of the processing is to send commercial communications, promotions and offers related to the services of HOTEL VILLA VIRGINIA S.L. and, where appropriate, from third parties in the leisure, tourism and restaurant sector.
The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subject, which may be withdrawn at any time.
The data will be kept as long as the cancellation of the communications service is not requested.
A.3. In the event that you are making a Room Reservation:
The purpose of the processing is to manage the reservation of rooms, events or banquets, as well as the provision of the contracted service and the administrative management derived from it.
Likewise, and in the event of consent, commercial communications may be sent about products and services of HOTEL VILLA VIRGINIA S.L. and, where appropriate, from third parties related to the leisure, tourism and restaurant sectors.
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract and, where applicable, the consent of the data subject.
The data will be kept for the time necessary for the provision of the service and compliance with legal obligations.
B) Confidentiality
HOTEL VILLA VIRGINIA S.L. guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided by users and their processing in accordance with current regulations on data protection.
No data will be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation or when necessary for the provision of the service (for example, technology providers, management platforms or compliance with legal obligations).
